The story of this ruthless leader began in the shadows of the death of Pablo Escobillo, the former head of ‚Das Kartell.‘ After Escobillo’s tragic demise, ‚El Patr\u00f3n del Cuchar\u00f3n‘ took the helm – his ascent accompanied by an aura of fear and disrespect. The circumstances surrounding his predecessor’s violent death became a dark chapter in the chronicles of the faction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another enigma shrouding the underworld is the mysterious disappearance of Don Julio, once the arms supplier for the cartel and childhood friend of Pablo Escobillo. This absence has left a gap in the structures of the cartel, and rumors of a possible return of Don Julio circulate in the dark corners of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless, the question of Don Julio’s return looms like a shadow over the future of „Das Kartell.“ With a network of loyal henchmen, well-trained mercenaries, and opaque business partners, „El Patr\u00f3n del Cuchar\u00f3n“ has elevated „Das Kartell“ to new heights. His unwavering ambition and ruthless determination make him a leader to be approached with caution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As „The Cartell“ defends its power in the „War on Drugs v2.0,“ the world watches with anticipation to see how the journey of „El Patr\u00f3n del Cuchar\u00f3n“ and the potential reappearance of Don Julio will unfold<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules on Gear and Clothing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This rule applies: Gucci instead of UfPro! „Das Kartell“ should appear in casual attire. Simply Google „Kartell Sicario“ for inspiration and adjust accordingly. Shirts, comfortable pants, bandanas, caps \u2013 everything in Latino style is allowed. No camouflage suits, helmets, or military berets!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guards and Sicarios are allowed to wear Chest Rigs or minimalist Plate Carriers when picking up their weapons from the armory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equipment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Cartel will increasingly rely on pistols and concealed-carry weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything available on the black market, from Barrett to M249, is hoarded in the armory. Pistols are always to be carried on the person, guards or Sicarios on duty carry assault rifles and submachine guns. Simple optics and grips are the maximum allowed. No ‚tacticool‘ attachments such as lights, lasers, or advanced optics (LPVO) are permitted on long guns and submachine guns.
